Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese optional
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the chicken mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese and chopped green onions if desired.
  • Serve with celery sticks, bell pepper slices, or any other low-carb veggies of your choice.
