- 1 bunch of celery organic, if possible
- 1/2 cup water optional, for easier blending
Prepare the Celery: Wash the celery stalks thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or pesticides.
Cut the Celery: Chop the celery into smaller pieces to make it easier to blend.
Blend: Place the chopped celery into a blender. If your blender is not powerful, add 1/2 cup of water to help with the blending process.
Blend Until Smooth: Blend the celery on high speed until it is smooth and liquid.
Strain the Juice: Pour the blended celery through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a large bowl or jug to remove the pulp. Use a spoon to press down on the pulp to extract as much juice as possible.
