Ingredients

  • 3 lb Pork Loin
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 8 oz Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms
  • 16 oz Bone Broth
  • 6 Carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Freshly Ground Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Freshly Ground Pepper

Preparation & Ingredient Tips

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until softened.

  2. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they are soft and slightly browned, about 5 minutes.

  3. Transfer the cooked vegetables to a crock pot.
