- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
For the Homemade Buffalo Sauce:
- 1/2 cup hot sauce such as Frank's RedHot
- 1/4 cup grass-fed butter or ghee
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
