Ingredients

  • 2 free-range eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp of salt 
  • 1t tsp of pepper

Preparation & Ingredient Tips

  1. First take the avocado and cut it in half. Remove the pit and some of the inside avocado (if needed) so that there is a hole big enough to place an egg in. 
  2. Next crack and egg and place inside avocado. 
  3. Heat oven to 450 degrees. 
  4. Place inside oven cook until the egg is done. This is usually about 15 minutes.
  5. Once done let cool and then place avocado egg onto a plate. 
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!

Pro tips: Place some organic valley cheese on top for flavor. Oh also I hope you at the inside of the avocado you removed earlier, that’s a little appetizer for you.
