  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder 
  • 3 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 3 free range, Large Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Everything seasoning 

Preparation & Ingredient Tips

  1. Mix the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl whisk the cream cheese, olive oil, and eggs.  
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Combine the ingredients from both bowls and mix until the dough forms. 
  5. Take chunks of dough and roll it out with your hand shaping it into a bagel. 
  6. Sprinkle with the everything seasoning (or seasoning of your choice). Place each bagel onto parchment paper.
  7. Preheat oven to 375° Fahrenheit. 
  8. Bake for 25 minutes until it is golden brown. 
  9. When you first remove from the oven it will be very how. Allow to cool.
