- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 2 large eggs beaten
- Optional toppings: sesame seeds poppy seeds, everything bagel seasoning
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and baking powder. Set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the cheese is melted and well combined.
Add the melted cheese mixture to the almond flour mixture. Add the beaten eggs.
