Ingredients

  • 2 cups coffee (brewed) 
  • 3/4 cup full-fat, unsweetened coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp. organic pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp. grass-fed butter or ghee
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tsp. swerve 
  • 2 tbsp. whipped coconut cream on top (optional)

Preparation & Ingredient Tips

  1. Brew 2 cups (8 to 12 ounces per serving) of coffee
  2. Prepare your pumpkin base. Using a mixer, whisk or hand mixer, cream together the pumpkin puree, butter, vanilla, pie spice, and swerve sweetener. 
  3. In a saucepan on low heat, add coconut milk and warm gently.
  4. In a blender, add pumpkin spice base, brewed coffee and warm coconut milk. Blend for 30 seconds, or until frothy. 
  5. Pour into mugs and add the whipped coconut cream.

Pro Tips

If you do not have a blender, combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and blend with a whisk or stick blender.
