  • 1 lb thinly sliced, Flank Steak
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp sesame seed oil
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground Himalayan Sea Salt 
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves minced, Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce

Preparation & Ingredient Tips

  1. Season the thinly sliced flank steak with Himalayan sea salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. Heat up a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of sesame seed oil.

  3. Once the oil is heated, add the seasoned flank steak and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.

  4. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic to the skillet and continue stir frying for another 30 seconds.

  5. Add 3 cups of broccoli florets to the skillet and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the broccoli is slightly tender.

  6. In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of beef broth, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce.

  7. Pour the sauce into the skillet and stir everything together until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and broccoli.

  8. Remove the skillet from heat and serve the Beef and Broccoli over rice or noodles (optional).
