Ingredients
  

For the Fish:

  • 1 lb white fish fillets cod, tilapia, or halibut
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lime juiced

For the Toppings:

  • 1 cup purple cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
  • 1 lime cut into wedges

Prepare the Fish:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Brush the fish fillets with the olive oil mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
  • Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Squeeze fresh lime juice over the baked fish.

  • While the fish is baking, prepare the toppings.
  • Thinly slice the purple cabbage and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  • Dice the avocado and finely chop the red onion.
  • Roughly chop the fresh cilantro.
