- 1 lb white fish fillets cod, tilapia, or halibut
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lime juiced
For the Toppings:
- 1 cup purple cabbage thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 avocado diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
- 1 lime cut into wedges
