- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

- 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
- 1/2 lb bacon cooked and then crumbled
- 1/3 cup monk fruit sugar Lankanto
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
