- 1/2 pound turkey sausage or chicken breast cooked and diced
- 1 cup diced bell peppers any color
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 4 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
