- 1 cup kale washed and tough stems removed
- 1 ripe banana cut into small pieces
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 tbsp honey optional, for extra sweetness
