Ingredients
  

  • 2 large green plantains
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika optional
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Peel the plantains and slice them thinly into even rounds.
  • In a bowl, toss the plantain slices with olive oil, ensuring each slice is well-coated.
  • Spread the plantain slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle sea salt, paprika, and garlic powder evenly over the plantain slices.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
